UConn WBB Announces 2026-27 Non-Conference Schedule

STORRS, Conn. – The 12-time national championship-winning UConn women's basketball team will once again play a gauntlet as the program announced its 2026-27 non-conference schedule Monday.
Ten of UConn's 2026-27 non-conference opponents competed in the 2026 NCAA Tournament. Those 10 also finished last season in the top 25 of the final NCAA NET Rankings: No. 3 South Carolina, No. 5 LSU, No. 6 Michigan, No. 8 Duke, No. 11 Louisville, No. 12 Iowa, No. 15. Maryland, No. 16 Ohio State, No. 20 Notre Dame and No. 25. Tennessee.

The Huskies will compete in four marquee neutral site events. UConn faces South Carolina in the Hall of Fame Women's Showcase on Nov. 24 at Mohegan Sun. The Huskies travel to Boston for their first game at TD Garden on Nov. 28 vs. Duke.
UConn faces Maryland in the third annual Women's Champions Classic on Dec. 5 in Brooklyn, N.Y. The Huskies finish the non-conference slate vs. LSU in the espnW Invitational on Dec. 20.
The Huskies officially open the season vs. Cornell on Nov. 2.
UConn will play three exhibitions before the season kicks off. The Huskies face Syracuse on Oct. 12 at Mohegan Sun and host Texas on Oct. 19 and Army on Oct. 25.
The Huskies' schedule features four teams from the Big Ten, three from the SEC and three from the ACC.
Remaining venue designations, tip times and TV information will be announced at a later date.
