Volleyball Announces 2026 Fall Schedule

STORRS, Conn. – Head coach Ellen Herman Kimball and the UConn volleyball program have announced the Huskies' 2026 fall schedule, featuring 31 regular-season matches, four home tournaments, and an 18-match BIG EAST slate. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
UConn opens the season with an exhibition match against Northeastern on Aug. 14 at the Volleyball Center before beginning regular season action at the Penn State Tournament in State College, Pa. The Huskies will face High Point (Aug. 28), Penn State (Aug. 29), and Hofstra (Aug. 30) during opening weekend.
The second weekend of competition sends UConn to Jacksonville, Fla., where the Huskies will take on Florida A&M and Coastal Carolina on Sept. 4 before facing host Jacksonville on Sept. 5.
UConn returns home on Sept. 8 for a midweek matchup against Bryant before hosting the UConn Invitational from Sept. 11-13. The Huskies welcome New Hampshire, Fairleigh Dickinson, and Yale to Storrs and will face each opponent once during the three-day event.
The following weekend, UConn hosts the Husky Invitational from Sept. 18-20, featuring Rhode Island, Merrimack, and Coppin State. The Huskies will square off against Coppin State, Merrimack, and Rhode Island to conclude non-conference play.
BIG EAST Conference action begins Sept. 25 when UConn hosts Marquette at the UConn Volleyball Center. The Huskies will also welcome DePaul (Sept. 26) , St. John's (Oct. 9), Seton Hall (Oct. 10), Villanova (Oct. 30), Georgetown (Oct. 31), Xavier (Nov.13), and Butler (Nov. 14) to Storrs throughout conference play.
Road conference contests include trips to Georgetown, Villanova, Butler, Xavier, Providence, Creighton, Seton Hall, and St. John's.
The regular season concludes Nov. 14 against Butler before the BIG EAST Tournament takes place Nov. 21-22.
