Penn Relays Results | Tom Jones Memorial Results | Brown Springtime Invitational Results
STORRS, Conn.—The UConn women's track and field team had a very busy weekend competing at three different meets. Head coach J.J. Clark and his staff split the team to attend the 125th historic Penn Relays, Tom Jones Memorial, and the Brown Springtime Invitational. Successful would be an understatement for the team's results over the course of three meets, the team took home gold on 10 different occasions along with 32 top-5 and 40 top-10 finishes. The Huskies also had a few student-athletes move into the record books for their respective performances throughout the weekend.
OVERVIEW
The majority of the team competed at the Penn Relays and then moved on to the Brown Springtime Invitational. At the Penn Relays, UConn garnered three top-5 and four top-10 finishes. The Huskies concluded a blockbuster performance at the Brown Springtime Invitational, where they posted 29 top-5 and 35 top-10 finishes.
However, Kat Surin and Susan Aneno were the pair that took on student-athletes at the Tom Jones Memorial. The duo took that meet by storm and marked top spots in school history while also putting on top personal performances.
