Men's Swimming And Diving Falls To Harvard

STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut men's swimming and diving team fell to Harvard on Saturday at the Wolff-Zackin Natatorium by a score of 182-188. Connecticut is now 4-1 on the season. Following its winter break training trip, the Huskies are in action again on Jan. 22 when they play host to Seton Hall at 1:00 p.m. at the Wolff-Zackin Natatorium.
Sophomore Jeremy Ramshaw (Mississauga, Ont.) won the 200-yard freestyle in a career best flat start time of 1:40.05, won the 200-yard backstroke in an impressive 1:49.66 and swam the second leg of the UConn pool record setting the 400-yard freestyle relay at 3:03.46 with a personal best split of 45.09.
UConn swept both diving events as junior Brad Schott (Wilton, Conn.) won the one-meter with 293.92 points and sophomore Grant Fecteau (Delmar, N.Y.) won the three-meter with 334.58 points.
