Jean-Baptiste Named College Soccer News Second Team All-Freshman

STORRS, Conn. - University of Connecticut men's soccer standout Andrew Jean-Baptiste has been tagged as a College Soccer News' 2010 Second Team All-Freshman honoree.
Jean-Baptiste, who was named a 2010 Soccer America First Team All-American just last week, also earned NSCAA All-Northeast Region Second Team honors.
After starting all 20 games as part of the Husky defense that allowed just seven goals on the year, the rookie helped UConn post 13 shutouts. During their home contests in 2010, the Huskies allowed just two goals, posting an 8-0-3 record at Morrone Stadium.
The freshman also made the 2010 BIG EAST All-Rookie Team for his efforts, while leading the Huskies as they finished the year 12-2-6 overall.
