SNY To Provide Extensive Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Coverage

NEW YORK - SNY - the official television home of the UConn Huskies football and men's basketball programs -will have comprehensive coverage celebrating the Huskies first trip to the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. SNY's wall-to-wall UConn coverage will kick-off with a Christmas Day programming marathon featuring a full-game re-air of the Huskies BCS clinching game against USF - which will be followed by a Huskies Power Hour marathon. Huskies Power Hour is a 60-minute cut down version of UConn football games.

2:00-5:00 p.m. UConn at USF (full-game re-air)
5:00-6:00 p.m. West Virginia vs. UConn (Huskies Power Hour)
6:00-7:00 p.m. Pittsburgh vs. UConn (Huskies Power Hour)
7:00-8:00 p.m. UConn at Syracuse (Huskies Power Hour)
8:00-9:00 p.m. UConn vs. Cincinnati (Huskies Power Hour)
9:00-10:00 p.m. UConn at USF (Huskies Power Hour)
SNY will also premiere a UConn Huskies Bowl preview show on December 30th live at 9:30pm. The show will feature detailed pre-game analysis, including live interviews with players and coaches, player match-ups to watch, as well as the keys to the game.
On-air talent will include former UConn defensive tackle Sean Mulcahy, Don McPherson and host Jonas Schwartz. SNY reporter Michelle Yu will report live from Arizona - the site of the Fiesta Bowl.
Immediately following the Fiesta Bowl on January 1st, SNY will air an in-depth post-game show featuring exclusive on-field interviews and reactions with key players, post-game press conferences - including Randy Edsall's news conference (live) - and analysis from Sean Mulcahy and Don McPherson.
Leading up to the BCS game, SNY will provide daily coverage of the Huskies football program throughout Geico SportsNite at 10pm and 1am. For up-to-the-minute information about the Huskies, fans can also check out www.sny.tv which features original content and exclusive video.
