Kirk Named To BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - UConn volleyball junior Jordan Kirk (Plano, Texas) was named to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll for the week of Oct. 25-31, as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon. Kirk recorded a double-double in UConn's win at DePaul last Saturday and set a season-high with 19 kills against Notre Dame on Sunday.
Kirk posted 16 kills and a season-high 14 digs against the Blue Demons, marking her second double-double of the season, as she averaged 3.89 kills and 2.22 digs in both matches. She led the Huskies to a 1-1 BIG EAST weekend, as they defeated DePaul, 3-2 and fell at Notre Dame 3-1.
Kirk and the Huskies return to action this Friday (Nov. 5) when they host Georgetown at 7:00 p.m. in Gampel Pavilion.
