Women's Track Now Competing at Brown Invitational This Weekend

STORRS, Conn. (April 12, 2007) - The University of Connecticut women's track and field team will now compete at the Brown Invitational on Saturday, April 14, in Providence, R.I.
The Huskies were originally slated to take half the team to the Sea Ray Relays in Knoxville, Tenn. Due to weather conditions, UConn was unable to make the trip to the meet hosted by the University of Tennessee.
UConn's entire contingent will take part in the Brown Invitational on Saturday afternoon. Other schools scheduled for competition include Boston College, Harvard, Providence, Southern, UMass, Rhode Island, Wheaton and Yale.
