Huskies Pick Up Huge Win Over Georgetown

WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 6, 2002) - The University of Connecticut men’s tennis team picked up a huge BIG EAST win Saturday afternoon over Georgetown, 5-2.
With the win, the Huskies move to 11-6 overall and 1-1 in the BIG EAST.
The Huskies took four of six singles matches, as well as all three doubles matches for the doubles point.
The Huskies are on the road again Sunday afternoon, April 7, when they take on West Virginia at noon.
