Huskies Finish Season With Loss to West Virginia

MORGANTOWN, WV (April 14, 2002) - The University of Connecticut men’s tennis team dropped its final match of the season, 4-1, to West Virginia on Sunday morning.
With the loss, the Huskies finish their season with a 13-8 overall record and a 3-4 mark in the BIG EAST.
Two of the six singles matches were stopped mid-way through, as well as one doubles match, accounting for only five points in the match.
