UConn Swimming And Diving Names Team Captains
Vidi and Nichols lead the women's team, while Carlson and Orski head the men's squad.

STORRS, Conn. -- The University of Connecticut men's and women's swimming and diving teams named its team captains for the 2001-2002 season on Monday.
Senior co-captains Michela Vidi (Newburgh, N.Y.) and Lindsey Nichols (Victor, N.Y.) will lead the UConn women, who last finished 9-2 overall and ninth at the BIG EAST Conference Championships in 2000-2001.
On the men's side, senior David Carlson (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.), juniors Craig Orski (West Sayville, N.Y.) and Marshal Livingstone (Endwell, N.Y.) guide the Huskies next year, after the men went 5- 5 overall and finished eighth at the conference meet.
